Description:
? Manage calendars and scheduling efficiently
? Coordinate travel arrangements, including accommodations and itineraries
? Oversee social media management and engagement
? Create professional PowerPoint presentations
? Handle invoicing and manage payment processing
? Prepare and submit expense reports
? Provide excellent client care and support
? Assist with light event planning and coordination
? Manage and organize email correspondence
? Help create and maintain procedural documents
? Manage newsletters for distribution

Requirements: ? Minimum of three (3) years of experience as an administrative or executive assistant ? Fully equipped home office, including a computer with the full version of MS Office 365 and high-speed internet access ? A smartphone with email capability ? A computer with a functioning webcam for virtual meetings ? Strong proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, project management software) ? Excellent time management and organizational skills ? Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
