Customer Service Representative (Email & Chat Support ? America Time Zone)
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Customer Service Representative to assist our customers via email and live chat. The ideal candidate must be available to work during U.S. business hours and ensure all inquiries are responded to within 24 hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email and/or live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Ensure all messages are answered within 24 hours
Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, shipping, and returns
Handle order issues including cancellations, exchanges, and refunds
Work with the internal team to resolve issues and improve customer experience
Maintain organized records of all customer interactions
Ensure a consistently positive and helpful customer service experience
Requirements:
Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce setting
Excellent written communication skills in English
Familiarity with tools such as Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Gmail, etc.
Ability to multitask and resolve problems efficiently
Must be dependable and available to work during America time zones (EST)
Working Hours: 2 to 3 hours per day
