Duties
? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
? Provide information about products and services, process orders, and handle returns or complaints
? Utilize computerized systems to track, gather information, and troubleshoot customer issues
? Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
? Analyze customer feedback to improve processes and services
Qualifications
? Previous experience in customer service or a related field
? Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively with customers
? Proficiency in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information accurately
