Job Overview:
? Position: Full-Time, 1099 Contract
? Hours: 37.5 per week
? Caseload: K-12th grade, details shared during the interview
? Compensation: $32-$37/hour

Duties and Responsibilities: ? Develop and manage individualized learning plans tailored to each student?s unique needs. ? Administer virtual assessments and provide recommendations for educational strategies. ? Facilitate online IEP meetings and collaborate with team members on student goals. ? Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Required Qualifications: ? Washington State Special Education Teaching License ? Minimum of two years of school-based experience ? Familiarity with virtual teaching platforms and tools
