Requirement:
? Minimum 2 to 30 years of experience in a customer service role.
? Proven ability to handle a high volume of inquiries efficiently and effectively.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
