Key Responsibilities: ? Research, design, and develop computer software and production applications.
? Independently develop and consistently redesign/refactor product to adapt to customer and associate needs.
? Involved in product and tool selection, configuration, security, resilience, performance tuning and production monitoring.
? Mentor less experienced engineers.
? Develop test suites to enable success and rapid deployment of code to production.
? Collaborate with other team members in agile processes. ? Work with the Product Team to ensure user stories are valuable, developer ready, easy to understand and testable.
? Deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
? Help grow junior engineers by providing guidance on modern software development frameworks, and leading technical discussions.
? Telecommuting available.
Minimum Qualifications: ? Must be eighteen years of age or older.
? Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
? Master?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor?s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical & Computer Engineering, or a related field and five (5) years of progressive, post baccalaureate experience in the job offered on in a related occupation.
