We?re seeking a Social Media Manager/Marketing Manager to lead brand awareness, content creation, lead generation, online reputation management, and community engagement. Position Overview

The Manager will oversee all marketing efforts, including content creation, digital marketing, social media, website management, email campaigns, review sites, signage, and branded merchandise. They will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies that drive new client inquiries, strengthen the RB Way brand, and showcase Remodel Boutique?s expertise in the design-build industry.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Messaging & Positioning
? Develop and refine the RB Way messaging to differentiate us in the market.
? Ensure branding consistency across all platforms (website, social media, signage, swag, review sites, etc.).
? Emphasize our women-owned, mother-owned, POC-owned, and LGBTQ+ owned identity in marketing strategies.

2. Website Management & SEO
? Keep the website updated with project photos, blog content, and client testimonials.
? Manage SEO strategies to rank for key searches like ?Austin luxury remodel? and ?design-build firm near me.?
? Track and analyze Google Analytics & heatmaps to optimize user experience.
? Ensure the website is mobile-friendly, fast-loading, and easy to navigate.
? Maintain and optimize lead capture forms and landing pages for marketing campaigns.

3. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
? Manage Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns to attract new leads.
? Implement a CRM (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) to track and nurture leads.
? Develop relationships with real estate agents, architects, and past clients for referrals.
? Oversee the design and placement of branded job site signage to attract local business.
? Utilize branded swag and promotional items to build brand loyalty.

4. Social Media & Content Creation Oversight
? Oversee and manage content creation strategy (including photography, videography, and copywriting).
? Directly manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and Houzz accounts.
? Plan and post before-and-after project photos, behind-the-scenes videos, and client testimonials.
? Create and schedule video content (walkthroughs, time-lapse remodels, Q&As, project spotlights).
? Supervise and collaborate with designers or freelance creatives to produce high-quality visual and written content.
? Ensure content aligns with the RB Way and speaks to Remodel Boutique?s audience.
? Engage with social media audiences by responding to comments, DMs, and shares.

5. Online Reputation Management (Yelp, Houzz, Google, etc.)
? Oversee and actively manage company profiles on review platforms (Yelp, Houzz, Google My Business, Facebook, etc.).
? Monitor and respond to reviews (both positive and negative) professionally and strategically.
? Develop and implement review request strategies to increase 5-star client feedback.
? Analyze review data to improve customer experience and marketing strategies.
? Engage with Houzz Pro Community to build Remodel Boutique?s authority and rankings.

6. Signage, Swag & Branded Items
? Design and install job site signs, banners, and vehicle decals for brand visibility.
? Develop and distribute branded merchandise such as:
? T-shirts, hats, and tote bags for the team and giveaways.
? Branded notebooks, pens, and measuring tapes for clients and designers.
? Coffee mugs, water bottles, and tech accessories for promotional gifts.
? Maintain an inventory of branded brochures, flyers, and print materials for networking.

7. Email Marketing & Client Retention
? Write and send a monthly email newsletter with project updates and design tips.
? Automate and personalize lead nurturing email sequences.
? Send post-project follow-up emails to collect reviews and referrals.
? Offer exclusive referral incentives through loyalty and rewards programs.

8. Events & Networking
? Plan and host quarterly home design workshops for potential clients.
? Attend real estate and home improvement expos to expand industry presence.
? Build partnerships with local businesses (smart home companies, furniture stores, etc.).
? Provide branded swag and marketing materials at all networking events.

9. PR & Media Outreach
? Pitch projects to home design magazines, blogs, and industry websites.
? Secure guest appearances on podcasts and industry panels.
? Submit Remodel Boutique for design and remodeling awards.

10. Performance Tracking & Optimization
? Track marketing effectiveness using Google Analytics, social media insights, and ad ROI.
? Adjust strategies based on lead conversion rates and campaign performance.
? Conduct post-project client surveys to refine marketing efforts.

Required Skills & Experience

? 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate, construction, or design.

? Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing.

? Proficiency in WordPress, Squarespace, or similar website platforms.

? Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) for signage and swag.

? Excellent copywriting skills for blog posts, social media, and email campaigns.

? Ability to analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

? Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects at once.

? Experience overseeing content creators, photographers, and videographers.

? Passion for home design, architecture, and the remodeling industry!

Preferred Experience (Bonus Skills)

? Experience with CRM systems like Monday.com .? Background in photography, videography, or content creation.? Knowledge of email marketing tools like Mailchimp? Familiarity with review platforms (Yelp, Houzz, etc.).?Writing background a plus!
