Description:
? The opportunity to develop and execute high-impact sales enablement programs for Account Executives (AE), Solutions Consultants (SC), and Account Managers (AM).
? A collaborative role within a globally distributed team, working cross-functionally with sales, product, and revenue leadership.
? Hands-on experience in building training programs for Product, Pricing, Partner, and Competitive strategies to enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth.
? Instructional Design Certification

Requirements: ? Experience in sales, sales enablement, revenue operations, training, or a related function within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment. ? Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting. ? Experience creating and maintaining training content, including presentations, playbooks, and e-learning materials. ? Familiarity with enablement platforms such as Highspot, ShowPad, Docebo, WorkRamp, or other LMS systems. ? Ability to analyze training effectiveness and provide data-driven insights for program optimization. ? Excellent written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and engagement in training materials. ? Writes and speaks fluent English. ? It's not required to have experience working remotely, but considered a plus.
