What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Contact potential prospects in the database to book tours for assigned communities through various communication methods
• Document all communications made or attempted with prospects in the database for effective management
• Meet and exceed goals and KPIs set by the Director of Harmony Outreach, including calls, emails, texts, and tours booked
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support the sales team and community goals
• Balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high organizational standards

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma
• At least 3 years of experience in a call center or sales environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience in sales, cold calling, prospect/lead management, hospitality, or retail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative
• Understanding of processes and standards specific to senior services
