Job Summary of RN Home Health:

Vetted is seeking an RN - Home Health for a 13-week travel assignment. This position involves working 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week, with an ASAP start date.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of RN Home Health:
? Provide nursing care in patients' homes, including assessments, wound care, and medication administration.
? Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with patients and healthcare teams.
? Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
? Educate patients and families on home care techniques and health management.
? Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Travel Requirements of RN Home Health:
? Must live at least 60 miles from the facility to qualify for travel rates.

Qualifications and Experience of RN Home Health:
? 2 years of nursing experience in home health or a similar setting.
? BLS certification.
? National and state RN certifications as required.
