Job Description

Business Engagement & Requirement Gathering

Build strong relationships across business units, acting as a trusted advisor on ServiceNow capabilities and digital transformation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, pain points, and productivity gaps.

Facilitate business discovery sessions to define use cases and gather detailed requirements.

Ensure that requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation

Analyze and document business requirements, ensuring they are comprehensive and aligned with business goals.

Develop detailed functional specifications and use cases for ServiceNow solutions.

Work with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Solution Design & Implementation

Partner with technical teams to translate business needs into ServiceNow-based solutions.

Leverage ServiceNow and automation tools to optimize business workflows and improve operational efficiency.

Assess integration needs with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Collaborate with security, compliance, and governance teams to ensure solutions meet corporate standards.

Stakeholder Communication & Training

Act as the primary liaison between business users, IT, and development teams.

Present solution concepts, requirements, and business cases to senior leadership.

Develop training programs, documentation, and best practices to drive adoption and effective use of ServiceNow tools.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, governance, and optimization.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Stay up to date with advancements in ServiceNow technology, new features, and industry trends.

Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate new technologies and workflows.

Gather user feedback and performance data to refine and enhance digital solutions.

Skills And Requirements

5+ years in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Digital Workplace Solutions, DEDICATED to the ServiceNow platform.

Deep knowledge of ServiceNow.

Ability to engage with business leaders and translate needs into technical requirements.

Experience in business workflow engineering and process automation.

Understanding of enterprise IT environments, cloud solutions, and system integrations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with Jira. Certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or similar.

Familiarity with security, governance, and compliance best practices for ITSM environments.

Experience implementing ServiceNow and or doing development type tasks null
