Job Description

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will handle inquiries, provide information about our services, and resolve issues to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements

? Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.

? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
? Proficiency with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
