About the position

The Member Service Representative role in the Fraud department is a remote position that requires candidates to be located within a 60-mile radius of North Richland Hills, TX. The representative will handle inquiries and requests from members in a high-volume contact center, providing information about the company's products and services while ensuring an optimal member experience. This position involves performing transactions for various accounts and advising members on additional products that may meet their needs.

Responsibilities
? Respond to inquiries and requests from members in a 24/7 high-volume contact center.

? Provide information regarding the company's products and services.

? Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.

? Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs.

? Handle a call volume of 80-100+ calls daily.

Requirements
? High School Diploma/GED required.

? 1-2 years of recent customer service experience in a call center, collections, or banking.

? Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment.

? Willingness to help others and navigate difficult conversations.

? Professional written and verbal communication skills.

? Strong computer knowledge and data entry/typing skills.
