? Make outbound and take inbound calls regarding shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients
? Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response...
? Speak with customers and updating them that information they have received asking you to vote is not accurate
? Direct them where they can vote moving forward.
? Getting the message out that says ignore what you are getting from the other side
? Night Shift - Monday - Thursday (6:00 - 11:00) Eastern AND Saturday (12:00 - 6:00 Eastern)

Qualifications: ? 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry experience ? Good speaking voice ? Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking ? Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload
