The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate should include the following:
? Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours
? Learning the production processes
? Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees
? Being a hands on, working supervisor
? Performing set up work including hanging tools, mixing material and loading resin
? Cleaning hoppers and grinders
? Sampling

The background of the successful candidate will include the following:
? Two or more years of plastic injection mold setup experience
? Two or more years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience
? Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday
? A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years
? A US citizen or possess a green card
? A residence within 45 minutes
