Responsibilities
? Retrieves health records and assesses biometric metrics to spot deficiencies in healthcare, delivering disease-specific education and interventions tailored to the identified gaps under the supervision of a provider, qualified healthcare professional, or registered nurse.
? Elaborate on regulations and processes for personnel, patients, guests, and public authorities as needed.

Qualifications
? Attainment of a high school diploma or GED is a crucial educational benchmark for individuals at the secondary level
? CPR certified
? CNA/HCA certified
? LPN Preferred
? Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a long-term facility
