Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you care for, while fostering a supportive and nurturing environment.
Duties
? Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
? Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities.
? Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate personnel.
? Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
? Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients to and from wheelchairs or beds.
? Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
? Support clients with transportation needs, including accompanying them to appointments or social events.
? Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
Requirements
? Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required.
? Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
? Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
? Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans effectively.
? Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility needs and perform light housekeeping tasks.
? Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks as required by law.
? Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided.
