Skills
? Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred, enhancing communication with diverse customers.
? Previous experience in customer support or call center environments is highly desirable.
? Strong analytical skills to assess customer issues and provide effective solutions.
? Proficient in using computer systems and chat software to manage customer interactions efficiently.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, ensuring clarity in responses.
? Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
