We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Duties
? Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to assist with inquiries and issue resolution
? Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
? Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
? Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers
? Assist in office administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
? Proficient in English, both verbal and written
? Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate computerized systems
? Excellent typing skills
? Bilingual proficiency is a plus
? Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 - $19.40 per hour
