Our school district in Southaven, Mississippi , is looking for a passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team. Responsibilities: ? Design and implement individualized lesson plans and IEPs for students. ? Provide support and instruction to students in need of special education services. ? Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies to ensure success. ? Collaborate with parents, staff, and outside specialists to create a comprehensive learning plan. ? Foster an inclusive classroom environment where all students feel supported.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Special Education or related field. ? Valid Iowa Special Education certification. ? Previous experience working with students with disabilities is preferred. ? Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
