Location: Corona/ Riverside

Pay$18HR

1st shift Monday-Friday
? 7:30am-3pm
? 8am-3:30pm

Requirements: ? Must meet the attached requirements (no exceptions). ? Must be able to read and write English, as they will submit daily reports on the consumers? progress and activities. ? Must pass a background check, E-Verify, and a Live Fingerprint scan. ? Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a 15-seater van. ? Proven experience in a mentoring or coaching role is a Plus. ? Strong background in relationship management, with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. ? Knowledge of employee relations practices and succession planning processes is beneficial. ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective mentorship.

Duties
? Provide one-on-one mentorship to individuals, offering guidance on career to people with disabilities
? Assist mentees in setting achievable goals and developing actionable plans to reach them.
? Share knowledge and best practices related to the industry
? guide and support the consumers in activities such as arts and crafts, job duties like building boxes in a warehouse, and learning how to pick and pack.
? engage in activities like singing and dancing during free time. Above all, we need Job Coaches who can motivate others, be patient, and possess strong communication skills
