Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager of Logistics and Trade to oversee and optimize our supply chain technology operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, logistics, trade compliance, and team leadership. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient and cost-effective movement of goods, both domestically and internationally, through the use of advanced technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities: ? Develop and implement IT strategies to optimize the supply chain and reduce costs. ? Manage and coordinate the integration of transportation, warehousing, and distribution systems. ? Ensure compliance with all trade regulations and customs requirements through technology solutions. ? Oversee the implementation and maintenance of logistics software and tools. ? Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement. ? Lead and mentor a team of IT and logistics professionals. ? Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. ? Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. ? Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT management within logistics and trade. ? Strong knowledge of trade regulations and compliance. ? Excellent leadership and team management skills. ? Proficient in logistics software and tools. ? Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills. ? Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
