- Pay-Rate:36/hr on W2.Position: Senior Associate, International Benefits (Associate Benefits IV)Location: RemoteDuration: 24 MonthsBenefits InventoryWork with Field HR and HR Delivery Centers (HRDCs) in regions outside of North America (APAC, LATAM and EMEA) to:
- Collect source documents (policies, plan documents, legal agreements) for all benefits within each country
- Create Policy documents for existing benefits with no documentation
- Create Benefit Knowledge Articles ? HR and Employee view
- Centralize and post benefit Knowledge Articles for HR with plan information in easy-to-use format
- Add/update centralized Inventory portal with detailed benefit plan details, vendors, costing, and program management information Business Unit Harmonization support
- Prepare side by side analysis of insured and non-insured benefits for countries considering harmonization
- Put together recommendations on cost, employee impact and complexity of change
- Develop initial plan and timeline for harmonization of insured benefits Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Understanding of international employee benefits landscape, including local regulations and market practices across various regions
- Previous experience with complex benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
- Strong analytical skills to assess data and identify trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams across different cultures
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
