Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential clerical and administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.

Duties
? Remotely provide assistance and support to team members.
? Utilize computer literacy skills to prepare documents, reports, and presentation.
? Create & maintain Excel spreadsheets.
? Conduct internet research.

Requirements
? Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
? Proficiency in Outlook Calendar and other Microsoft Office applications.
? Must be proficient in Excel Spreadsheet.
? Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Schedule:
? Monday to Friday
