Job Description:

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to document management and internal communications, ensuring smooth operations and accurate information handling.

Key Responsibilities: ? Enter and manage text-based data with high accuracy, focusing on non-numerical information. ? Organize and transcribe information on documents related to titles and real estate. ? Handle document scanning, filing, faxing, and email correspondence. ? Type and prepare contracts with precision and attention to detail. ? Maintain effective internal communication within the organization. ? Undertake additional duties as assigned by the team.

Qualifications: ? Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management. ? Proficiency in typing and handling various types of documentation. ? Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
