Data Entry Clerk - Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Inputting, organizing and maintaining data in our company database

• Accurately and efficiently entering customer orders, sales reports and other important information

• Reviewing and validating data for errors or discrepancies

• Communicating with various departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness

• Generating reports and providing analysis on data trends

• Ensure confidentiality and security of all data by following established policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or related field

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Knowledge of data management systems, such as SAP or Salesforce, is a plus

• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
