Customer Service Representative

As a Virtual Customer Service Representative for Travel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients with their travel-related inquiries and concerns. Your responsibilities will include:
? Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat regarding travel bookings, reservations, and general travel information

Requirements: ? Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required ? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written ? Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset ? Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and online communication tools ?
