Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns.
Assist customers with locating products and providing information on promotions and deals.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
Assist with bagging and carrying out groceries for customers as needed.
Collaborate with the store team to ensure efficient and smooth store operations.
Act as a liaison between customers and store management to resolve any customer issues.
Remain knowledgeable about store policies, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Uphold H-E-B's commitment to exceptional customer service and help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.
Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty by actively listening to and addressing customer feedback.
Assist with cashier duties, including operating cash registers and handling cash and credit card transactions.
Help maintain a safe and clean store environment by following all safety and sanitation guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by store management.
