? 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial concrete structure projects

? Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors effectively

? Strong leadership and communication skills to drive productivity and teamwork
What You?ll Do:
? Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects stay on track
