Job DescriptionJob DescriptionNote:The position is Onsite (No Work from Home).Position Details:Position: Operational Accounting Assistant 2 (Data Entry Specialist)Job duration: 6 months (Possible Extension)Work Location: Sioux Falls, SD 57104 (Onsite)Shifts: Monday - Friday (Business Hours)Pay Rate: $18/hourRoles and Responsibilities:Support Operational Accounting; proactively seek ways to improve processes.Perform moderately complex operational support tasks.Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions.Interact with client personnel on a range of information.Required Skills:Highly data-driven and will involve manual data entry or updating data in spreadsheets.Processing correspondence from customers, researching check status, and making a decision to approve or deny a reissue request.This process will involve many steps end to end that need to all be performed accurately.Processing accounting entries and creating customer letters.Data entry focused.Company DescriptionNot only is Collabera committed to meeting and exceeding our customer?s needs, but we also are committed to our employees? satisfaction as well.
