The Coding Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the logic for the implementation of new agencies and ongoing changes between operations and the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) Solutions team. We invite you to apply today and join us in shaping the future of healthcare! Key Responsibilities Provide support to coders and clients, including facilitating communications as needed. Review and send out client-requested reports. Communicate with scheduling team to ensure timely completion of client records, fluctuations in agency volume, and coder availability. Maintain a variety of departmental reports by entering databases and ensuring accuracy. Escalate client concerns with appropriate teams for resolution. Assist in the determination of new clients and coordinate implementation Coordinate existing client change requests between Ops and ETL Solutions team. Communicate and coordinate the timely resolution of break fixes between Ops and ETL Solutions team. Perform other job duties as assigned. Required qualifications GED or High School Diploma At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and Outlook.
