As a technician at the Sewell Family of Companies, you will work on a team that values a family-like atmosphere where team members are encouraged to build strong relationships and work collaboratively towards our promise to provide excellent customer service. You will be responsible for tasks such as:
? Examine, diagnose, and repair vehicles
? Communicate with service team regarding repairs
? Provide labor time estimates
? Monitor repair time and update service advisors regularly
? Maintain adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation
? Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs
? Assist in mentoring technician trainees
? Attend company and factory training
? Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements: ? High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma) ? Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds ? Factory certifications preferred ? BMW certifications or experience preferred ? Dealership or automotive repair experience ? Valid driver license ? State Inspection license is a plus ? Completion of drug screening and background screening ? Provide all government I-9 requirements

Compensation:
? Compensation is based on experience
