The Associate Director-Software Development at Verizon is responsible for leading and managing Call Center and Store applications within the Value business. Responsibilities
? Lead and manage the Call Center and Store applications in the Value business.

? Coach and mentor a highly motivated team to deliver high-quality products and services.

? Partner with business units to establish goals and communicate the vision set by senior leadership.

? Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business value through the Northstar Architecture tech stack.

? Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on complex projects across multiple channels.

? Lead the Center of Excellence for Call Center and store channels, delivering end-to-end solutions for Sales and Service flows.

? Manage relationships with vendors to improve quality and reliability of products and services.

? Establish objectives and create road maps to align with business partners and stakeholders.

? Drive DevOps implementation and manage the delivery of projects within budget and time constraints.

? Analyze market and technology trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend process improvements.
Requirements
? Eight or more years of relevant experience in software development or related fields.

? Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience in a relevant area.

? Advanced experience in Software Development and technology leadership.

? Experience in managing and motivating large technical teams.

? Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver large-scale technical projects.

? Demonstrated experience in partnering with Business and IT teams to drive alignment and delivery.
