What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Assist development teams in planning, configuring, and deploying business application systems to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide comprehensive end-user support and maintenance for one or multiple enterprise software applications or systems
• Maintain outstanding customer service, ensuring all issues are addressed and prioritized accordingly
• Serve as the single point of contact for customers regarding the assigned application or system
• Communicate effectively with users and developers to facilitate improvements and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in application support
• Relevant education may substitute for required experience on a year-for-year basis
• Training or certification related to the position may also be credited towards experience or education substitution
• Additional appropriate paid or unpaid experience may substitute for required education on a year-for-year basis

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with DevOps
• Proficiency in SQL
