Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Provide information about products and services

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively

Document and track customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (required); some college or a degree is a plus

Proven customer service experience (preferred)

Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in using computers and software applications

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
