Requirements

Responsibilities

? Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
? Provide accurate and complete information to customers regarding Amazon products and services.
? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
? Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the system.
