? Seeking a Full-Time Temporary Accounting Clerk to join our Finance team.
? Help with various administrative and accounting tasks for a 3-6 month project.
? Requires close attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
? Accurately record transactions in Excel.
? Verify invoice details against purchase orders; summarize exceptions for further review.
? Maintain organized and accurate records following internal file organization system.
? Assist in audit preparation.
? Provide general administrative support to the accounting department as needed.
Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Netsuite, MS Dynamics, Sage, etc.)
? Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Prior experience in an accounting or administrative role is a plus
? Position will be remote (residing anywhere in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.) Standard working hours to coincide with 9:00 am- 6:00 pm EST
