Job Title: Office Assistant for Sales Team - Remote

Job Description

We specializes in b2b order fulfillment to major retailers for beauty products. The Quickbooks Office Admin position provides support to ensures a seamless operation. We are looking for a result driven professional whom can take ownership of the demanding responsibilities of this position.

Job Responsibilities;
? Have a full command of using Quickbooks and its's inventory module.
? Respond to emails in a timely manner.
? Create presentations and sell sheets for sales team.
? Keep inventory files up to date.
? Create customer specific documentation and inform customers of shorts and overages in shipments.
? Monitor shipments to ensure they are picked up and delivered timely.
? Maintains proper electronic filing systems.
? Create new systems and strategies to improve processes to increase efficiency.
? Any other tasks as assigned per business needs.

Skills Required;
? Good MS Excel Skills
? Good Analytical & Numeracy Skills
? Excellent command of written and verbal business English
? Handing fast turnarounds and tight datelines
? Experienced using project management tools
? Technologically & Computer Savvy
? 45+ WPM typing speed

Education Required;
? Bachelor?s Degree from an accredited institution
? Professional Training in fields pertinent to job responsibilities

Experience Required;
? 2 Years minimum Job experience in related field.

Pay: ?240,000.00 - ?300,000.00 per year
