Remote Licensed Therapist Position

Key Responsibilities
? Deliver individual therapy sessions to adults, teenagers, and/or couples.
? Complete electronic documentation, including treatment plans and progress notes.
? Utilize the DSM-5 for accurate diagnoses.
? Effectively manage your schedule, including client appointments and follow-ups.
? Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.
? Maintain a clean and professional workspace.

Required Skills
? Current licensure as a therapist (LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT) in the State of Illinois.
? A minimum of one year of counseling experience, with previous private practice experience being advantageous but not mandatory.
? Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently manage your schedule and client communications.
? Familiarity with technology, including G Suite, Google Docs, TherapyNotes, and VOIP systems.
? A genuine passion for assisting others and a commitment to ongoing professional development.

Qualifications
? Licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in Illinois.
? At least one year of relevant counseling experience.
? Reliability and organization in handling scheduling and communication tasks.
? Strong interest in working in a private practice setting.
