VP Partnerships US – Remote $250,000 Base & Double OTE Our client is building the next generation of Pay by Bank infrastructure, helping ecommerce and SMB merchants move away from expensive card rails to fast, secure account‑to‑account payments. This is a rare opportunity to join a high‑growth, product‑led fintech that expects to be profitable in the near term, and to own a core growth channel from day one. This role will build and scale our referral and integration partner ecosystem. This is not a traditional quota‑carrying sales role. Your focus will be to identify, sign, integrate, and grow high‑value partnerships with processors, PSPs, and other payments/fintech platforms that can distribute the client’s solution to their merchant bases. What you’ll do • Own the end‑to‑end partnerships strategy for processors, PSPs, and key fintech/payment vendors. • Deepen and expand existing relationships and identify new, high‑impact partners to integrate and scale with. • Drive partnership integration – from commercial discussions and term sheets through to technical activation and go‑to‑market plans. • Build referral programs and joint value propositions that make it easy and attractive for partners to drive merchant adoption of Pay by Bank. What we’re looking for • Significant experience in partnerships / business development / channels at a payments or fintech company. • Existing relationships across processors and PSPs, and the ability to quickly open doors and build trust at senior levels. • Track record of building or scaling referral, reseller, or embedded partnership programs that deliver meaningful revenue. • Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑moving environment with aggressive targets and high expectations. • Experience with SMB and ecommerce merchants (directly or via partners) is a strong plus.
