Virtual GA Family Law & Personal Injury Paralegal
We are looking for a fully remote experienced GA family law and/or personal injury paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of recent GA experience handling family and/or personal injury matters from start to finish including but not limited to drafting/propounding discovery, drafting and responding to motions and other pleadings, research, document reviews, etc. We have about 20-40 billable hours per week to increase quickly. We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly. • Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions is also huge plus. • While this is a contract position, candidates must have some availability to work during normal business hours and respond to client requests/inquiries within the same day. • Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects. • We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once. • While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on litigation basics Great opportunity to work with interesting clients and a strong, close-knit paralegal team.
