Test Publishing Administrator

About the position Responsibilities • Use proprietary and general use software and tools to build and publish computer-based tests according to client specifications. • Review tests to ensure that the exam output produced matches exam specifications. • Create and maintain documentation that reflects changes, revisions, and/or discrepancies between source materials and published test builds. • Track status of workload from initial assignment through delivery and ensure all internal and external deadlines are successfully met. • Package published test files and supplemental electronic materials for delivery to internal workgroups and external business partners. • Communicate test form usage plans with business partners to ensure appropriate content is delivered at test centers. • Work collaboratively with other workgroups, business partners, and vendors to successfully accomplish goals and meet client-driven deadlines. • Monitor processes for effectiveness and efficiency and recommend modifications, as appropriate. • Complete other administrative tasks and special projects, as necessary. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred. • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment; flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. • Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating efforts with others to meet shared goals. • Demonstrates strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently while proactively identifying tasks and challenges. • Exemplary planning, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Superior attention to detail. • Effective verbal and written communication skills. • Some experience with HTML, XML, JAVA, or other scripting language preferred, but not required. • Proficiency with Microsoft systems/software (Outlook, Word, Excel), PDF software, file management, and computer/internet-based navigation; ability to master new technology. • Experience with collaborative, team-based efforts.
