Reporting Program Manager – Packaging Waste Sustainability Remote - Contract 40 hours/week Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Program Manager to support Waste Reporting efforts towards our client’s global ESG reporting team. This individual will take ownership of waste data management and reporting across all business units globally, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of waste-related metrics for regulatory filings, stakeholder communications, and sustainability initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the end-to-end global waste data collection, validation, and reporting process across all business units • Partner with facility teams, EH&S, operations, and supply chain to gather site-specific waste data (hazardous and non-hazardous) • Standardize waste data definitions, calculation methodologies, and data entry processes across geographies • Collaborate with ESG reporting leads to align waste reporting with global frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CSRD, CDP) • Prepare and maintain internal documentation, audit trails, and controls to ensure waste data integrity and reporting assurance readiness • Track and analyze waste trends and performance, providing insights for reduction initiatives and corporate sustainability goals • Coordinate with third-party consultants and technology providers for data assurance, emissions factors, and platform optimization • Support the preparation of external ESG disclosures and internal sustainability dashboards related to waste management • Stay informed of evolving waste reporting regulations, global ESG standards, and industry best practices Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field • 5+ years of experience in ESG reporting, environmental compliance, or waste management • Packaging experience is a plus • Strong analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and data management systems • Excellent communication and project/program management skills, with the ability to coordinate across global stakeholders • Experience working in a complex, multi-business or multinational organization is preferred • Strong experience in SQL and Excel required (Power BI or Tableau are a plus) • Familiarity with global ESG reporting frameworks is a plus (e.g., GRI, CSRD, CDP) Apply tot his job
