The role involves conducting research, enhancing digital communication, and implementing automated solutions to improve healthcare governance. Responsibilities Independently research and analyze data from internal and external sources Interface with clinicians, employees, and other leaders of the organization to understand perspectives and/or share findings Draft deliverables and other project related materials (e.g., meeting agendas, project work plans, action item logs) Present project findings and results to internal audiences Skills Strong analytical and research capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication Experience with digital content creation Ability to work independently on complex, evolving projects Interest in population health and healthcare policy Programming experience in Python or similar languages Understanding of process improvement methodologies Experience with automation platforms and AI tools Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Interest in healthcare operations and governance Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University Entering or enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited College or University for Fall 2019 For IT Intern roles: currently enrolled in undergrad or grad program Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to discuss and solve complex problems in area of expertise Demonstrated ability to create direction and work plans for day-to-day and project work Basic knowledge of health care technology and basic business technology Company Overview Stanford Health Care is a healthcare center that treats cancer, heart disease, brain disorders, and primary care issues.
