Sr. Process Improvement Analyst I (Process Engineer)

About the position We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Process Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on ensuring our processes comply with legal, regulatory, and government standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with a keen understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities • Develop, implement, and optimize processes to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and government standards. • Regularly review and monitor processes to ensure ongoing compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all processes, ensuring they meet legal and regulatory requirements. • Identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related processes and procedures. • Work closely with legal, compliance, and government relations teams to ensure alignment and adherence to standards. • Prepare and present reports on compliance status and process improvements to senior management. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Legal Studies, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred. • 6-8 years of experience in process engineering. A focus on legal, compliance, or government relations is desired but not required. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in process design and improvement methodologies. Knowledge of data science and AI principles a plus. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects. • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Provide expert consultation on compliance-related processes. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Strong data analysis skills to interpret and utilize data effectively. • Experience in process improvement and optimization. • Strong research skills to stay updated on legal and regulatory changes. • Commitment to continual learning and professional development.
