Key Responsibilities • Monitor user-generated content and live chats for adherence to community guidelines and terms of service. • Identify and address inappropriate content, including spam, hate speech, harassment, and misinformation. • Respond to user inquiries and provide support in a timely and professional manner. • Escalate complex issues or policy violations to senior moderators or relevant teams. • Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and user interactions. • Stay informed about current social media trends, platform updates, and community standards. • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent application of moderation policies. Required Skills • Strong written communication skills in English. • High level of empathy and emotional intelligence. • Ability to make quick, sound judgments in ambiguous situations. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in basic computer skills and internet navigation. • Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace. • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
