They are seeking a Segment Marketing Associate to support their marketing efforts for various sales segments by developing and executing campaigns that drive demand and grow market share. Responsibilities Partner closely with Creative Services, Channels, Product Marketing and Content teams to develop and execute multichannel, persona-based campaigns that differentiate us in market and accelerate pipeline and sales growth Proactively engage with the sales team to coordinate campaign activities; communicate frequently to build trust and alignment Test, measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, report on results and learnings Equip sales with market and audience insights, messaging, and proof points to help increase sales productivity and effectiveness Work with Events, Brand, & other centralized marketing functions in support of corporate-level programs and audience messaging Skills Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field 1+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing; healthcare preferred Proven experience working with sales teams; actual sales experience is highly desirable Excels at time management; able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines at once Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment Highly detail-oriented Strong verbal and written communication/presentation skills Ability to analyze data, build reports within Excel, and generate actionable insights Ability to consistently produce results on time and within budget Possesses a natural curiosity to learn Benefits Commuter support Employee assistance programs Tuition assistance Employee resource groups Collaborative workspaces Flexibility Book clubs External speakers Hackathons Company Overview Athenahealth is a provider of medical practice automation and claims management software to medical groups and health systems.
