Sales / Business Development Manager

We’re revolutionizing laundry services by connecting customers with local dry cleaners, wash & fold providers, and drivers for pickup and delivery. As our Sales / Business Development Manager, you’ll be the front line of growth, responsible for acquiring and onboarding service providers and drivers in your assigned territory. Your efforts will directly impact the growth and success of our platform by building strong relationships, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities • Identify and reach out to potential dry cleaning companies, wash & fold providers, and drivers in targeted regions. • Build strong, lasting partnerships through calls, meetings, and presentations. • Onboard new partners and ensure they understand our platform and processes. • Negotiate service agreements, pricing, and terms with providers and drivers. • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to communicate feedback from partners. • Drive partner engagement and retention through regular check-ins and support. • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and partnership growth metrics. • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions. • Support the development of referral and incentive programs to grow the partner network. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in marketplaces, logistics, or service industries). • Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding B2B clients or service providers. • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable working independently and hitting targets. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Basic understanding of logistics or on-demand service operations is a plus. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and problem solver. • Ability to travel locally as needed for partner meetings.
