[Remote] Technical Staff Program Manager, Security (Identity Access Management)

They are seeking a Staff Security Program Manager to lead company-wide Information Security programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures and protect user privacy. Responsibilities • Initiate programs by leading alignment on program scope, planning, aligning teams on vision and business goals, building program structure, and securing cross-functional support. • Conduct 'Steering Committee' meetings to make decisions, remove obstacles, and address program issues. Be the driving force behind business goals and program vision. • Drive teams with software engineering/data experiences with practical security knowledge, and proven analytical skills. • Be a trust partner for senior leadership and functional leaders to drive focus on business objectives to ensure program success. • Conduct workgroup alignment meetings to address strategic/ tactical issues, dependencies, metrics review, milestones, and more. • Provide ongoing visibility to program status (key decisions, dependencies, issues, risks, metrics, etc.) through push status reporting (to all stakeholders, team members, and interested parties). • Manage dependencies across multiple teams, functions, divisions, and stakeholders. • Anticipate and aggressively remove obstacles that slow down or prevent program teams from delivering on program goals. • Foster a collaborative environment for creativity, innovation, and learning. • Be a thought leader who can drive strategic outcomes and lead others through transformative changes as a change agent. Skills • 9+ years of industry experience, with at least 6 years as a TPM or relevant experience. • BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields or equivalent practical experience. • Seasoned Technical Program Management professional with experience in managing company-wide security technology programs. • A critical thinker who can develop bespoke program plans that are custom to the specific program needs. • A strategic problem solver who possesses a deep understanding of technology and its application to business challenges. • A Master Collaborator who excels at building positive relationships across teams and functions. • An experienced influencer and change agent who can effectively drive changes and alignment amongst a wide stakeholder base. • Strong experience using data to make informed decisions, measure progress, and find opportunities for continuous improvement. • An Outstanding Communicator who can communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely both written and verbal. • A Leader and Mentor who encourages and empowers others, providing mentorship and support to team members. • Thrives in ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment who has the ability to connect the dots.
