They are seeking a Frontend Engineer to design and develop scalable frontend interfaces that support AI training workflows and collaborate with AI researchers and product stakeholders. Responsibilities • Design and develop intuitive, scalable frontend interfaces to support AI training workflows • Collaborate with AI researchers and product stakeholders to define effective prompting user experiences • Implement, test, and optimize UI components that support the full lifecycle of AI prompt creation and refinement • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and frontend best practices • Analyze user feedback and iterate on features to improve usability and trainer effectiveness • Ensure high standards for performance, accessibility, and maintainability across frontend systems • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical collaborators • Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and AI training methodologies to drive continuous improvement Skills • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in frontend engineering roles • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular • Solid understanding of asynchronous programming, RESTful APIs, and state management • Experience building responsive, accessible, and scalable web applications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong clarity • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams • High attention to detail and commitment to code quality and best practices • Prior exposure to AI or machine learning workflows, including prompt engineering or data labeling tools • Experience working closely with AI researchers, product managers, or data teams • Background in UX/UI design or human–computer interaction • Experience contributing to design systems or frontend architecture decisions Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
